Emotions

How many times did you arrive at the end of your rope?

Are you waiting for your child to finally move out or hoping for things to change? More funding to  come through to give you a break and freedom?

As parents we love certainty, predictability and clarity, but life with a child with special needs is often chaotic, full of pressure and responsibility.

It is a challenge to create and accept resilience and determination.

Grief, depression, not feeling heard and understood are often realistic emotions we cope with.

Take a deep breath. You have a deeper purpose in life.

Accepting it is not an easy task and I am here to help you.
